PRR 1010, H-9S, c. 1949         
Here is an original photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1010, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8B during September of 1909, rebuilt as an H-8SB in November of 1913, rebuilt as an H-9S in August of 1923, and retired in October of 1950 after 27 years of faithful service. The names of the photographer and the four men pictured here, as well as the exact date and the location, are not recorded. Roy Healey Collection; #4 of 16.
