Description:
Although it appears to have a Northern Pacific "D-158" crane number,, it was originally a GN crane.. This 150T wrecking crane was built in 1914 by the Industrial Locomotive Works for the Great Northern Rwy. Now at the Minnesota Transportation Museum, it is paired with MNTX boom car #61248.

Close up of the 150T wrecking crane cab. Although it appears to have a Northern Pacific "D-158" crane number,, it was originally a GN crane.. This 150T wrecking crane was built in 1914 by the Industrial Locomotive Works for the Great Northern Rwy. Now at the Minnesota Transportation Museum, it is paired with MNTX boom car #61248.
