Here is page seven of a 12-page camera study entitled "Horseshoe Curve Pictorial." It was published originally in the Winter 2004 issue of "The Keystone" magazine, page 35. Bottom Right Photo Caption: "J-1 #6481 attacks Horseshoe Curve with 132-car westbound freight, 1:10 p.m., July 25, 1948." Photo by Bruce D. Fales. PRR engine #6481 is a J-1A (2-10-4) "Texas" built in Juniata during 1943 and retired in September of 1957 after just 14 years of revenue service.
