Description:
This fine 2-8-2 Mikado was built by Baldwin in June of 1923 originally as CMStP 8342 but later renumbered in June of 1938 to MILW 442. The loco was scrapped in July of 1954 after 31 years of service. Specs - 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine wt of 292,770 lb, tractive effort of 54,723 lb. No photographer was listed for the photo.
