Description:
First CBRail units were taken by Veolia for delivery period 02.2008 - 03.2009. The Prima 3U15 is a two bogie, 4-axle locomotives in Bo-Bo configuration, with 22.5 tonnes axle weight, allowing operation on most of Europe's rail freight networks. It is configured to run on 1.5kV DC, 15kV AC and 25kV AC power supplies. The locomotive has a starting effort of 320kN, adhesion of 35% and maximum power sppplies of 4.2 Mw. The maximum speed is 140 km/h.
